The importance of cutting edge cultivation technologies guarantee quality and genuineness in wine production
All our wines come from organic farming, the choice to embrace this philosophy stemmed from a desire to engage in deeper contact with our land and every element connected to it.
These special products are produced with special and care which we apply during the wine making process. For this reason we would like to highlight how are wines are made.
We carefully supervise all the production stages, from the cultivation of the vines to the grape picking. We select the best hand picked grapes,which are pressed at a low temperature in an oxygen free environment. We use local natural yeasts and all of them have a slow fermentation. Because of our scrupulous and professional process we are able toensure that there are no additives and a low use of sulphites.
